Prescription-Grade Anti-Estrogens (including, but not limited to, Arimidex (anastrozole), Clomid, Nolvadex (tamoxifen), and hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) (disallowed for a period of 7 years prior to event)
Synthol (disallowed for a period of 7 years prior to participation in event).
Peptide Hormones (e.g., HGH, IGF) (disallowed for a period of 7 years prior to participation in event).
Metabolic Modulators ie Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators (SARMs) (disallowed for a period of 7 years prior to participation in event).
Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH)/Growth Hormone-Releasing Peptides (GHRPs) (disallowed for a period of 7 years prior to participation in event).

Urine test lab reports showing only a testosterone/epitestosterone (T/E) ratio above 6.0 are considered a failed test unless competitors exercise the option of having isotope ratio mass spectrometry (IRMS) analyses performed on their sample and those results show no exogenous testosterone was detected. Additional testing performed at athlete's request will be done at their own expense.

Therapeutic-use exemption:
If a prescribed medication an athlete is required to take to treat an illness or condition happens to fall under the prohibited list, a therapeutic use exemption may be granted but will be reviewed on a case by base basis. TUEs need to be applied for and approved prior to competing. TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) is NOT eligible for a therapeutic use exemption in Natural Body Building.
